Learn about the great diversity of table sauce that Mexican cuisine offers. You will discover the varieties of chili peppers and their different ways of using them, as well as typical regional ingredients from Mexico.

We will teach you the ingredients and the preparation of three typical sauces of Mexican cuisine. This class will be given before dinner to be able to accompany it with the final products.

Experiences can only be booked from Monday to Thursday.
